Ella Stern (she/her) is a Senior Communications Associate at Feldman Strategies where she supports progressive organizations to elevate their unique stories and compelling narratives across the media. She is deeply focused on designing strategic communication initiatives that move the needle and impact public opinion.

Prior to joining Feldman Strategies, Ella played a key role on the global public relations firm, Weber Shandwick’s Social Impact team out of New York. In this role, she partnered with purpose-driven corporations and nonprofits across a range of issues, including gun violence prevention, digital inclusion, gender equality, and more. Ella worked with these high profile organizations and companies on media amplification and thought leadership initiatives to advance their values-based missions and purpose. Before Weber Shandwick, Ella began her early career in the issue advocacy space at BerlinRosen, supporting nonprofits including the Center for NYC Neighborhoods and the Coalition for the Homeless, and spent the 2020 presidential election cycle on the team at Reproductive Freedom for All.

Ella is motivated by helping tell and amplify the impact stories of the people and organizations she works alongside. She is always passionate about bringing her diverse professional experiences forward in the work she does to create impactful narrative frameworks that break through today’s crowded media environment and reach key audiences across the ever-evolving media landscape.

Ella holds a BA from George Washington University’s School of Media and Public Affairs (SMPA) in Journalism/Mass Communications and Political Science. Originally from New York, she is now based in Washington, DC.
